Frequently asked questions

Which business type should I pick?
Whichever describes how you sell. A shop with a counter is offline retail. If that shop also delivers, it is an online shop. If you supply other businesses rather than the public, you are a producer or supplier. If your goods come from abroad, importing is the part that matters most. Many businesses are more than one, and that is fine.
Can I be more than one type at once?
Yes. Selling in your own shops and supplying other businesses are two capabilities on one account, not two subscriptions. You can turn the second one on later without moving your data or starting again.
Do I need a cash register to use it?
Only if you sell at a counter. Suppliers and importers run without one, and are priced on what they actually do rather than on tills they do not have. If you add a shop later, the cash register pricing applies from that point.
What happens if I go over an allowance?
Nothing stops working. Allowances such as staff accounts and locations carry a price per extra one, shown in the estimator on each business type. You can set the numbers there and see the real total before you talk to anyone.
Does it handle Armenian fiscal requirements?
Yes. Sales are reported to fiscal cash-register requirements as part of the working day, and the device response is stored against the receipt. Receipt printers are connected the same way.
How long does it take to get started?
Most businesses have their first location running the same week. We import your existing catalog, prices and locations rather than asking you to type them in, so the time depends mostly on how much data you are bringing.
